Right-Of-Way Asset Inventories

Cyvl's Right-Of-Way asset inventory gives municipalities a complete, georeferenced record of the assets within their right-of-way, collected automatically from street-level imagery and LiDAR during a single vehicle pass. Fire hydrants, manhole covers, catch basins, traffic signals, guardrails, benches, street light poles, bus stops and more are detected, classified, and attributed with location, condition, and metadata.

Each asset is extracted using Cyvl's AI pipeline, which combines 2D imagery with 3D point cloud data to produce accurate geolocations and associated attributes like condition, color, and MUTCD code where applicable. The result is a structured GeoJSON or ESRI shapefile ready to import into Cartegraph, ArcGIS, or whatever asset management system your team already uses.

Cyvl's ROW inventories eliminate the need for manual walking surveys or expensive van-based collection. Your team gets a comprehensive, repeatable inventory that can be refreshed on a regular cycle, so your records reflect the real state of your network rather than what it looked like during your last survey cycle.
