Why We Built Executive Snapshots.
Across public works, the people who decide infrastructure budgets - mayors, city councils, town managers - almost never touch the software that holds the data. The status quo in this industry is a scramble: a staff engineer or an outside consultant spends hours, sometimes days, pulling numbers into a spreadsheet and dressing them up in slides for one meeting. By the time the report reaches the room it is already dated, it cost real staff time to build, and it shows a fraction of what the underlying data actually holds. We have watched teams make million-dollar paving and safety decisions off a single hand-built PDF. That gap, between the rich condition data a community collects and the thin summary its leadership actually sees, is the problem we set out to close.

Additionally, our Public Works Assistant chatbot is now smart enough to notice reporting opportunities directly from your conversations. and offer to build the snapshot for you.
